A Message From Nancy

On the Personal Side

I'm the youngest of 15 children and have been making a difference in male dominated industries for decades.  I will thank my parents and siblings (including my seven brothers) for helping me to create that capability!

I am retired from a long, exciting career at John Deere.  I love the freedom of retirement and the time spent with my family and friends.

I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams!  My favorite project pairs strategy and culture to create excitement and deliver on meaningful results personally or professionally.
